To take maximum benefit from this modernized Gurgaon, it is very important for people, especially the locals, people from rural place to get proper education, and training to get a fairly job at these places and runs their livelihood successfully. To take this Nobel cause in a board is our gurgaon govt, along with big corporate stake holders. They are running several training centers across Gurgaon, like others states are already doing.
Programs like: Skill Development Program, Talent Nurturing Program, Village Cluster Development and community development programme. One of the major functions which captures under community development program are: Healthcare, Labor Welfare, Environment and Education. Scholarship program also runs undertaking all their educational expenses, under this deserving candidates are been selected from government schools and get enrolled in to pursue further studies in private schools.

Under community development program, swapan sarthak and slum schools are also running across major gurgaon slums, where free education, mid-day meals, uniforms, books are provided absolutely free of cost.
Community also caters various health awareness programme, approx 1 and a half lakh rural are benefitted from this. These centers provides medical treatment free, this centers are well-equipped with modern facilities. Every now and then Eye care camps are also being organized. The program works not only for people but for Animal welfare too with facilities like laser surgery, ultrasonic tests and modern lab, the proper treatment for animals are also takes place at Gurgaon rurals. The main focus of Community development program is to make society educate and healthy.
